Mixed martial arts is a unique blend of boxing and muay thai style striking combined with both standup and ground based wrestling. MMA training teaches you effective, thoroughly tested fighting methods that can keep you safe in all ranges of combat from the standup to the ground, all while developing the strength and stamina that will boost your health and fitness to a level worthy of a champion.

No one said you had to get battered and bruised to learn mixed martial arts. Our coaches take a safe, and effective approach to training so you can develop the skill sets of a fighter without incurring the injuries of one. Not everyone wants to be a champion cage fighter, but anyone can benefit from the discipline offered through our program.

We train our students just like fighters. Develop fast, powerful striking abilities, slick ground maneuvers, and great endurance that will give you the cutting edge in the octagon, or in a real life situation. However, we won’t just show you a few moves and send you on your way. At The Academy, you’ll learn the system behind the techniques so you’ll be able to use them in any environment.
