No. Most schools charge extra uniform fees, patches, weapons, and equipment. All of that adds hundreds to your training. You’re welcome to tip us if you feel strongly about it, but other than a $30 belt promotion (for kids) the only cost is the monthly tuition. Period.

Regular clothes are fine. Shorts and t-shirt.

Yes. The vast majority of our sparring is drill-orientated, designed to enhance timing, countering skills, defense and evasion, etc. However, just like being at the gym, we never have someone bite off more than they can chew.

Never against each other full contact. That turns into a melee. Our instructors spar with them so they learn to hit full power without getting hit back without control.

Safety is our first goal. Our trainers and coaches are knowledgeable, professional and extremely experienced and they create a family atmosphere where the Sweet Science comes alive!
